We help African businesses source, manufacture, and ship products directly from Chinese factories. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through our websites, client portal, and business communications.

We collect only what we need to deliver our services:
- Contact details — name, company, email, WhatsApp number, and country.
- Project information — product categories, budgets, timelines, and order details you share with us.
- Messages — communication you send us via our consultation forms, client portal, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Payment records — confirmation of invoices, deposits, and receipts you upload. We do not store your card or bank account numbers.
- Technical data — basic device and browser information when you use our websites.
3. How we use your information
- To fulfil your orders, prepare invoices, and communicate updates on your projects.
- To respond to consultation requests and follow up on enquiries.
- To send transactional notifications (order status, invoice ready, shipment updates) via email and WhatsApp.

We do not sell your data. We share limited information only with:
- Suppliers and factories we engage on your behalf — only what is necessary to fulfil your order.
- Service providers who help us operate (email delivery, WhatsApp Business API, cloud hosting, payment facilitation).

5. WhatsApp Business communications
We use the official WhatsApp Business API to communicate with clients. Messages exchanged through this channel are subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business policies in addition to this Privacy Policy. You can opt out of WhatsApp communication at any time by messaging us the word STOP.
6. Data retention
We retain project and communication records for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period after to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see section 9).
7. Security
We protect your information using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
8. Your rights
